With offices in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, we are fully deploying in North-West Europe. We are looking for a Quality & Test Manager to define functional and non-functional needs and maintain the testing of new functionalities. Do you see yourself reflected in this? Contributing to the team

As Quality & Test Manager, you provide a framework for recording and testing within POM. You ensure that there are good quality requirements for the development processes and are responsible for the correct test levels, from development to implementation. In addition, you are an important driver and ambassador for setting up and introducing automated testing.

What will your work look like in the future?

• You are responsible for setting and maintaining requirements,
• You are responsible for the test processes used in the development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software,
• You set up and maintain a test reference model,
• You automate as much as possible,
• You work with the Product Owner to set up end-to-end test frameworks,
• You create test data repositories for manual and automated testing,
• You ensure that test data is used securely and meets international compliance requirements,
• You monitor and monitor testing in projects and implementations and ensure continuous improvement.

‍The person we are looking for

• HBO and strategic work and thinking level
• 2 - 5 years of experience in practical software specification, testing, testing policy and management,
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of software and system tests,
• Experience with building test processes and test maturity in an organization,
• Excellent knowledge of testing tools and frameworks,
• Practical experience with setting up automated test frameworks,
• Excellent oral and written command of Dutch & English,
• Structured, analytical and process-based work ability,
• It's a nice bonus if you have knowledge of Credit Management
