Home is POM
POM is a supplier of debt collection software in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. By using our software, our customer accounts can be collected faster, better and more customer-friendly, at a lower cost. With QR codes, flows, payment arrangements and robotization, we offer our customers a user-friendly, personal and targeted 'tool' to make collection easy.
In our ten years of existence, this has been very successful and we have been able to continuously develop our software. And we have to keep developing!

Back-end developer
As a developer, you build the link between Mail to Pay and our customers on our platform. Here you help existing customers, connect new customers and contribute to the further development of our platform. You work closely with the CTO, who acts as a sparring partner. A completed education is not required for this position, but computer skills and knowledge of programming languages are.
What we ask:
- A passion for coding
- Knowledge/experience of PHP (OOP), MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Amazon AWS & Apache/Nginx
- Experience with the Scrum method is an advantage
