What is central to your stand at CorporatiePlein 2023?
At CorporatiePlein, 'experiencing' is key. More specifically, experiencing the ease of digitizing and automating rent collection, rental adjustments and service and heating costs. Digitization has been a hot topic among housing associations for years, yet we see that not everyone is using all the possibilities of digitization, and that is a shame. To convince housing associations to take the right steps in the digitization process, Mail to Pay would like to let visitors experience for themselves how easy it is to make the move to digital. This is because digitization allows housing associations to automate repetitive activities, make tenants more self-managing in order to free up more time. Time that can again be spent with tenants who need personal guidance.
What information can visitors come to you for?
We can all tell you how good something is. That's why visitors to CorporatiePlein can now experience it for themselves! Under the guidance of experienced Mail to Pay consultants, visitors will work on a case of a fictional housing association. The goal is to build a fully automated rental collection process with the primary task of collecting rent socially. In doing so, the visitor can use all the functionalities within Mail to Pay.

In what area can you really help corporations move forward?
Mail to Pay goes beyond sending messages with a payment link for the monthly rent. Every year, the software is expanded with new smart innovative solutions. This includes automating and digitizing the rent increase and service and heating costs to the self-service options of the payment coach and the arrangement bot, but also early signaling that provides Mail to Pay with a direct link with agencies such as BKR and Inforing.
