POM has been around for 12 years and is a fast-growing European fintech with an innovative SaaS invoice-to-cash platform. POM is active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and is rapidly expanding to other countries. Our platform automates and optimizes the entire billing and debtor management of our customers: from sending the first invoice and prolongation to reminders and automatically applying the Collection Costs Act (WIK). Our software ensures faster, better payment in a customer-friendly way. We work for corporate companies such as VGZ, Univé, Health and Security, Dunea, Engie, PWN, Vodafone (GmbH) and more than 70 housing associations. Our market consists of companies that send invoices to consumers (e.g. (health) insurers, the government, banks, water and energy companies, mortgage providers, housing corporations, telecom and e-commerce organizations).
With offices in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, we are fully deploying in North-West Europe. For strategic marketing, we are looking for a Brand Manager.
Your challenge as a Brand Manager
As Brand Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring POM's brand strategy. Increasing brand awareness, brand loyalty and market share in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany is key here. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and data analysis to achieve effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans for our four companies in the POM Group in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.
- Monitoring and strengthening the brand identity and positioning in line with the POM strategy.
- Coordinating 360° marketing campaigns (online and offline) and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues in the Netherlands & Belgium.
- Realizing strategic marketing in Germany.
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Managing the marketing budget and monitoring ROI and KPIs.
- Developing creative content and storytelling for various marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications.
- Optimizing the customer journey and brand experience.
- Organizing internal and external events.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- HBO work and thinking level.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within Brand Management, Marketing or Product Management.
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content Marketing.
- Analytically strong and able to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative, innovative and result-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, German is an advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
